Hi everyone, I’m currently working on a school project for one of the largest video game publishers in the world, and would like to request a few minutes of your time. I am looking to collect a total of 300-500 responses, but of course, the larger the sample size, the better.
If you own a Playstation 3 or Xbox 360, please complete our survey.
Please answer the questions seriously, as this project may have a major impact on your gaming experience in the future.
And of course, the sooner I get this out of the way, the sooner you see more releases.
Thank you to the 1000+ people who have participated in the survey. The survey is now closed.
For providing free subbed hentai for years, I think people can take 2 or 3 minutes to complete a survey.
thanks all ur releases r awesome, i just finished it and was wondering when the next release will be
I don’t own a console, but I still answered your survey since console gaming sadly has a huge impact on PC gaming as well.
completed. It’s the least i can do to show my appreciation.
Survey Done!
Done.
very interestings questions.
I really like the one that say, have to pause the game to bring up the map, is very annoying and take at lot of time in some games.
I’ve been Nintendo-only for years, sadly.
Survey done.
done
btw still needing more timers?
The question about in-game maps makes me think that Shocwave is working for Ubisoft. (Thumbs up)
The questions about DLC makes me think he’s with EA. (Thumbs up)
The question saying DLC makes games better makes me think he’s with Activision.
The remote play and achievement questions makes me think he’s with Sony. (Thumbs up)
**As long as all of the achievements/trophies can be collected offline, I support adding them. I despise online only trophies/achievements and time consuming ones too. Example: Collect 100 packages, and there are 2 types of them ಠ_ಠ .
Survey done. The questions in the survey evaluate very good points in gaming.
nice one
done
There are two (possibly) redundant questions :
“Competing with friends for high score makes the game more entertaining”
and
“Competing against friends through achievements, progression, and high scores is fun”
I think only the latter is necessary.
Anyway, done filling the poll.
Survey done.
This is blackmail! XD
Anyway, survey done.
Hey, how about no?
Unless I see a single tit in that survey, gtfo.
Done! I own PS3, Xbox 360, PSP and soon Vita!
BTW, there is a mistake at the top of your form… PSN is now SEN!
Technically, PSN is unchanged. Sony stated that when they did the switch over.
I think that everyone should support and be honest. it only takes a few minutes if that !!
First off, I am a big fan of erobeat. I check it every single day I can. Thanks for all your hard work.
I play First-Person Shooter games daily (BF3,MW3,Halo Reach,GOW3) and can’t stress how much in-game progression and customization is important to me. I bought “Forza Motorsports” just to customize the in-game cars and numerous RPGs just because the level of customizing characters were high. Character customization creates a certain uniqueness that promotes an emotional attachment to the player’s character (i.e this character is me).
Checking personal in-game stats/character/info outside the game has appeared to be big with many as well as myself. An online website, phone app, etc. can easily get a player “hooked” on the game while not at the moment playing it. It also acts as bragging rights tool and can get players to share info to peers and upcoming new players.
Lastly, DLC is lame. I understand the business aspects of DLC due to used games retailers, but I own four xbox360s and am turned off to games that exploit DLC. It becomes a hassle to have to purchase multiple DLC for each console. It grinds my gears knowing I pay for multiple copies of certain games just so I don’t have to share screens and am now persuaded to get multiple DLCs rather than including it from the beginning or as a one-time bundle. I decline many purchases because of this and am saddened by the anti-game sharing being considered for the new playstation and xbox console.
I hope all the surveys help mold tomorrow’s video games into something all players will feel proud of.
Done keep it up u guys are awesome
Did someone else got this quest really related into RPG games??
and to be more specifically elders scrolls???
lolololol
just my thoughts ok bye
least thing i can do ….
done… and thanx for all releases
Interesting questions. It sounds to me like you’re working on a list of UI and communication design considerations for a console-based MMORPG.
The questions definitely seem geared more towards information a publisher would care about than the developer. If I am correct in my previous statement, it seems to me like the publisher is seriously considering creating an alternate network to manage everything outside of PSN/XBL, though it would still have to be connected through the PSN/XBL when using a console.
And, if I’m still on a role, with your own network facilitating everything in game and being accessible outside of the console, what chance is there of cross-platform play? That would be very intruiging and definitely worth considering. It would certainly expand the market if people were able to play with their friends on different systems.
If I may say something about cross platform gaming…
I believe that cross platform play’s only barrier is MS’s XBL policies, where they make the user pay for the online service. Sony is more open and allows cross platform play on both PS3 and PC, with the only barrier being that the PS3 doesn’t have big mainstream games supporting this feature. PSN’s free online policy against the paid for XBL service.
Maybe next gen, things will be better. But I hope that Next Gen doesn’t come so soon. Too many devs are struggling with today’s consoles already, and some like Atlus have only gotten into the gen.
Ok, done. ^^
Done!!
Done. Even though I only own a PC, I frequently use my friend’s PS3
lol I love how I check back frequently and see this post now and see its closed. Gotta love the fanbase you guys have.
I own the following mostly current gen platforms: xbox360 Pro [w/250GB swap], PS2 60GB [120GB swap], Wii, PSP1000 & DSlite.
